Our refund policy is as follows:
- If you are not happy with our services, we will cheerfully issue a refund to you.
- For our subscription-based plan the refund is valid for 30 days, beginning at the time of purchase.
- For our incidental plans, the refund is valid for 7 days, beginning at the time of 1st Incident.
- We provide services to thousands of satisfied customers worldwide and our services are second to none, that's why we can afford to back our services with this special guarantee.

- Your feedback is important to us, which is further used to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
- If a refund request is raised even outside the commitment of Refund Policy terms; you may still be eligible for a partial refund.
- At GeekTech Squad LLC, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You have the option of exchanging the services or receiving an eligible refund amount of the services subscribed.
- Refunds on unsubscribed services will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of subscription.
- If payment was made by credit card, once we confirm the cancellation of your services we will process your refund within 24-48 hours.
- If payment was made by check/ e-Check, the refund check will be issued within 24-48 hours.
- We may perform a wire transfer in few unique scenarios post approval of your consent & our finance dept.
- GeekTech Squad LLC reserves the right to refuse the refund request if terms & conditions are not met as described in refund policy.
