  • We keep the servers holding customer information, securely.
  • While customer is asked to fill subtle information like credit card number, a software is employed for transforming data to encrypted script.
  • We assure that information provided by clients is protected both online and offline.
  • Our technicians are not authorized to download or use any third party software from the Internet on your computer.
  • GeekTechs does not request for payments through Paypal, Western Union or any third party payments service providers.
  • GeekTechs does not make unsolicited calls to consumers for technical support requests.
  • During the remote session, it is recommended that customer should be present before computer screens to monitor the technician work.
  • For your information Temp Files, Registry Errors, Low Memory, CPU Usage levels and Windows Update Warnings are not necessarily critical errors.

REMOTE ACCESS POLICY

  • Our technicians deploy remote session via internet, provided the customer agrees to share computer screen for better root cause analysis.
  • The tools we use to access the remote session at the client's computer, require permission from the PC owner to establish a connection. This implies that our technician are bound to take your permission before linking with your device via internet for remote control session.
  • Customer can terminate the remote session at any point of time and once the session is over, our engineers will have no access to Customer's computer.
  • The remote session may be recorded for training and quality examination purpose so that we can feed the customer better in future.
  • Our engineers will take remote on only those devices that are registered with us for support warranty and not any other computer owned by the client. For the services on other computers, our executives will help you purchase a support plan from us and serve you with a robust and a feasible support system.
